THE LAWSUITS: +1.8 BILLION USD AGAINST PANDORA A/S
As of November 20, 2024, several lawsuits have been filed against Pandora A/S for a total amount of USD 1.8 billion, which is the amount Pandora owes the Nielsen family.
On December 12, 2024, the Danish police's National Unit for Serious Crime (NSK) initiated an investigation into the case and began questioning the parties involved. This was done following press coverage and Pandora's unwillingness to explain itself to Kasi ApS' lawyers and the Danish courts.
NSK went to court in March 2025 and had all statutes of limitations suspended.
We are currently awaiting NSK's next steps, which we expect to be criminal charges against Pandora and the guilty individuals.

The total claim in all cases can be a maximum of USD 1.8 billion.
If NSK opens the case, USD 378 million must be deducted from the amount in the Civil lawsuit and in the Arbitration Case.
If an amount is awarded in one instance, it will lapse in the other instances.
