Jesper Nielsen refuses to give up on his fight with Pandora. Now he has the police looking into the matter.

Jesper "Kasi" Nielsen's years-long accusations

that the jewelry company Pandora has cheated

National Unit for Special Crime (NSK)

confirms to Finance that it has received

a review from Jesper Nielsen, and that it has

talked to him about the matter.

NSK has no further comments and will

nor answer whether a

The dispute between Jesper Nielsen and Pandora

stretches all the way back to 2010, when Jesper

Nielsen's company, Kasi ApS, sold its shares in a

jointly owned distribution company for Pandora.

Pandora paid around 400 million DKK up front,

but at the same time an earn out was agreed, which

could issue an additional payment to Kasi ApS

or @stre The High Court has found in favor of Jesper

Nielsen's accusations, and we consider

the police report as pure harassment and an expression

for desperation. We cooperate of course with

NSK to the extent that they had to, so they can

get their investigations completed as soon as possible

possible.«

In addition to the police report, Jesper Nielsen and

his family sued Pandora in court on

Frederiksberg. Here Pandora has argued

that the case be dismissed because disputes over

The earn out agreement according to the original agreement must

be settled in arbitration - and that has already happened.

»Pandora rejects and strongly distances itself from the

serious allegations in the lawsuit about fraud.

Because the matter is so "far out" in all respects and

can and must be eliminated already as a result of the

above-mentioned circumstances, Pandora does not find

reason to be embarrassed at this stage

the accusations, which are simply disputed and rejected,

it is stated in a response from Pandora to the court.
